1. Sponsor

The Exotics Group Full Throttle Signup Challenge (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Exotics Group, LLC (“Sponsor”), attn: PRIZES, PO Box 2110, Renton, WA 98056. Contact email for Contest matters: social@exoticsgroup.com. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., DJI, Chemical Guys, or any other prize manufacturer or platform named herein.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. By participating, each entrant represents and warrants that they are 18 years of age or older. Sponsor reserves the right to require satisfactory proof of age and eligibility at any time and to disqualify any entrant who cannot or does not provide such proof or who is found to be under 18 years of age.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses) and/or those living in the same household of each such employee, officer, or director are not eligible to enter or win. Only one (1) winner is permitted per household. The Contest is void outside the 50 United States and D.C. and where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins on July 17, 2026 at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) and ends on August 14, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. PDT (the “Contest Period”). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest. All times are Pacific Time. Entries or signups received outside the Contest Period will not be counted.

4. How to Enter

To participate, an eligible individual (“Entrant”) must first obtain a unique referral link associated with their account or identity, then share that link so that new users may sign up using it. There are two methods to obtain a unique referral link:

Once an Entrant has a unique referral link, the Entrant may share that link by any lawful means (social media, email, messaging apps, personal websites, etc.). Each time a new person completes a Valid Signup (as defined below) using the Entrant's unique referral link during the Contest Period, the Entrant will receive one (1) credit toward their total. There is no limit on the number of Valid Signups an Entrant may earn. Real-time standings are displayed (subject to verification and adjustment) on this leaderboard page.

5. What Counts as a Valid Signup

A “Valid Signup” that credits an Entrant is a complete new user registration on exoticsgroup.com that meets all of the following criteria during the Contest Period:

Incomplete registrations, unverified emails or phone numbers, previously registered accounts, self-referrals, referrals within the same household, or signups that fail any of the above criteria will not be counted. Sponsor's determination of whether a signup is Valid is final and binding.

6. Winner Determination & Tiebreaker

This is a pure skill-based contest. At the end of the Contest Period, Sponsor will rank all eligible Entrants by the total number of Valid Signups credited to each Entrant's unique referral link (highest to lowest). The Entrant with the highest number of Valid Signups will be the potential First Place winner; the next highest will be the potential Second Place winner; and the next highest will be the potential Third Place winner (collectively, the “Potential Winners”).

Tiebreaker: In the event of a tie between two or more Entrants for any place, the tied Entrant whose most recent Valid Signup was recorded earliest on Sponsor's systems will be ranked higher. If a further tie remains after applying the earliest-signup rule, Sponsor will apply additional objective chronological criteria (e.g., time of the next-most-recent Valid Signup) until the tie is broken by skill/performance chronology. Chance will not be used to break ties.

All rankings are subject to verification of eligibility, compliance with these Official Rules, and confirmation that the Valid Signups are legitimate. The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest.

7. Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (ARV)

Three (3) prizes will be awarded as follows (subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules):

Total ARV of all prizes: $977

Prizes are subject to availability. If a prize (or any portion thereof) becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, or to offer a cash alternative equal to the ARV of the unavailable prize. A cash alternative equal to the ARV of any prize is available at Sponsor's discretion or upon reasonable request by a verified winner. No other prize substitution, transfer, or assignment is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs or expenses associated with acceptance and use of the prize not expressly stated as being provided. Prize details and availability are subject to change; Sponsor is not responsible for any manufacturer discontinuance or change.

Shipping of physical prizes will be provided by Sponsor only to a street address within the fifty (50) United States (no P.O. Boxes for certain high-value items if restricted by carrier; no shipping to U.S. territories, APO/FPO, or international addresses). Winner must provide a valid U.S. shipping address within the 50 states.

8. Winner Notification and Prize Claim

Potential Winners will be notified within approximately seven (7) days after the end of the Contest Period by one or more of the following methods: (a) email to the email address associated with the Entrant's account or referral registration; (b) phone call or SMS to the phone number on file (if any); and/or (c) Instagram direct message from @exoticsgroup if the Entrant's Instagram profile is open to receiving messages. It is the Entrant's sole responsibility to ensure contact information is accurate and that messages from Sponsor can be received (check spam/junk folders and Instagram message requests).

To claim a prize, a Potential Winner must respond to the notification and complete any required documentation (including, without limitation, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release, and, if requested, proof of age and identity) within ten (10) business days of the date of the initial notification by sending an email to social@exoticsgroup.com (or replying as directed). Failure to respond, provide required documentation, or complete the claim process within the stated time, or if a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner (the next highest-ranked eligible Entrant). Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure in delivery of notification.

Prizes will be shipped within a reasonable time after a winner is fully verified and has completed all required paperwork (typically 2–6 weeks depending on prize availability and shipping logistics).

9. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's and its designees' use of the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, biographical information, city and state of residence, and prize information for advertising, promotional, and other purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further payment, consideration, notice, or approval. Winners may be required to execute a separate publicity release as a condition of receiving a prize.

10. Fraud Prevention, Verification & Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to investigate any entrant, signup, or activity and to disqualify any individual or invalidate any credits that Sponsor determines, in good faith, to be the result of fraud, cheating, abuse, or violation of these Official Rules. Examples of prohibited conduct (without limitation) include:

Sponsor's resources for fraud detection are limited; however, Sponsor will act on clear evidence of blatant fraud or bot activity and reserves all rights to audit, request additional verification (including government-issued ID), reverse credits, and disqualify participants at any time before or after the Contest Period, including after prizes have been awarded (in which case prizes may be required to be returned). All decisions of Sponsor regarding fraud and eligibility are final.

11. General Conditions

By participating, each Entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest (or any portion thereof) at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, security issues, force majeure events (including natural disasters, pandemics, war, government action, or acts of God), or if the Contest cannot be conducted as planned for any reason beyond Sponsor's reasonable control. In such event, Sponsor may, at its discretion, award prizes based on Valid Signups received up to the time of cancellation or modification, or take other equitable action.

Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, or undeliverable entries, notifications, or prizes; (b) technical, hardware, software, network, or telephone failures of any kind; (c) any injury or damage to persons or property arising from participation or acceptance/use of any prize; (d) unauthorized human intervention; or (e) any other errors or problems of any kind, whether mechanical, electronic, human, or otherwise. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, each Entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize providers, Instagram/ Meta Platforms, Inc., and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to participation in the Contest, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, or any other activity related to the Contest, including without limitation any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or merchandise delivery/availability.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

13. Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited, each Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Contest, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Washington, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any legal proceedings arising out of this Contest or relating to these Official Rules shall be instituted only in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and each Entrant consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

14. Privacy

Information collected from Entrants and new signups is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://exoticsgroup.com/privacy.cfm. By participating, Entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their information as described in the Privacy Policy and these Official Rules for purposes of administering the Contest, verifying eligibility, awarding prizes, and (where consented) marketing communications. New users who sign up via referral links must separately consent to SMS communications as described in Section 5.

15. Winners List

To request the names of the winners (first name, last initial, city, and state), send an email with the subject line “Full Throttle Signup Challenge Winners List” to social@exoticsgroup.com after August 31, 2026 and before October 31, 2026. Winners list requests received after that date will not be honored. Alternatively, the winners may be announced on Sponsor's website or Instagram @exoticsgroup after verification is complete.

16. Miscellaneous

These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between Entrant and Sponsor with respect to the Contest and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. are completely released of all liability by each Entrant for this Contest. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to Sponsor, not to Instagram.

By entering this Contest, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
